Terms of Use

1. The service

FutureSafe ("the app") is provided by Dalsten Group. The app estimates how artificial intelligence (AI) may affect your job, based on the answers you give, and offers a personal development plan.

2. Estimates, not advice

The AI risk score, analysis and plan are generated automatically and are indicative estimates. They are not professional career, legal, financial or psychological advice, and nobody can predict the future of a job with certainty. Use your own judgement before making decisions about your career, education or finances.

3. Your account

You can use FutureSafe as a guest or with an e-mail account. Guest data is tied to your device; if you sign out or remove the app without saving your account, it cannot be recovered. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

4. Premium subscription

Premium is bought as a subscription through Google Play or the App Store and unlocks, among other things, the 52-week plan and the knowledge base. Price and billing period are shown before purchase. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the store you bought it from (Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions; App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the store according to its rules and applicable consumer law. If you bought through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, for example by trying to get around usage limits, overload or attack the service, or use it for illegal purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep FutureSafe available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, change or discontinue features.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the app's estimates. Our liability is limited to what is permitted under applicable law; nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by a Swedish general court. As a consumer in the EU you may also use the rules and courts of your country of residence.

FutureSafe ("appen") tillhandahålls av Dalsten Group. Appen uppskattar hur artificiell intelligens (AI) kan påverka ditt jobb utifrån de svar du lämnar, och erbjuder en personlig utvecklingsplan.

2. Uppskattningar, inte rådgivning

AI-riskpoängen, analysen och planen tas fram automatiskt och är vägledande uppskattningar. De är inte professionell karriär-, juridisk, ekonomisk eller psykologisk rådgivning, och ingen kan med säkerhet förutsäga ett yrkes framtid. Använd ditt eget omdöme innan du fattar beslut om karriär, utbildning eller ekonomi.

3. Ditt konto

Du kan använda FutureSafe som gäst eller med ett e-postkonto. Gästdata är knuten till din enhet; om du loggar ut eller tar bort appen utan att spara ditt konto går den inte att återfå. Du ansvarar för att hålla dina inloggningsuppgifter säkra.

4. Premium-prenumeration

Premium köps som en prenumeration via Google Play eller App Store och låser bland annat upp 52-veckorsplanen och kunskapsbanken. Pris och betalperiod visas före köp. Prenumerationen förnyas automatiskt tills du avslutar den i butiken där du köpte den (Google Play: Play Butik → Betalningar och prenumerationer; App Store: Inställningar → ditt namn → Prenumerationer), senast 24 timmar före periodens slut; uppsägningen gäller från slutet av pågående period. Återbetalningar hanteras av butiken enligt dess regler och gällande konsumentlag. Har du köpt via App Store gäller även Apples standardlicensavtal för slutanvändare (EULA).

5. Tillåten användning

Du får inte missbruka appen, till exempel genom att försöka kringgå användningsgränser, överbelasta eller angripa tjänsten eller använda den i olagligt syfte. Vi kan stänga av konton som bryter mot villkoren.

6. Tillgänglighet och ändringar

Vi arbetar för att FutureSafe ska vara tillgänglig men kan inte garantera oavbruten drift. Vi kan uppdatera, ändra eller avveckla funktioner.

7. Ansvar

Appen tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi ansvarar inte för beslut du fattar utifrån appens uppskattningar. Vårt ansvar är begränsat i den utsträckning gällande lag tillåter; inget i villkoren begränsar dina rättigheter som konsument.

8. Personuppgifter

Hur vi hanterar personuppgifter beskrivs i vår integritetspolicy.

9. Tillämplig lag

Villkoren regleras av svensk lag. Tvister avgörs av svensk allmän domstol. Som konsument kan du även vända dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
