Terms of Use

1. The service

CVNova ("the app") is provided by Dalsten Group. The app helps you create CVs based on information you enter, with text generated by artificial intelligence (AI), and lets you export them as PDF or Word files.

2. Your account

You can use CVNova as a guest or with an e-mail account. Guest data is tied to your device; if you sign out or remove the app without saving your account, guest CVs cannot be recovered. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

3. Your content and AI results

You own the information you enter and the CVs created for you.
AI can make mistakes. Always check your CV before you send it – that all facts, dates, titles and claims are correct and true. You are responsible for the content of the CVs you use.
Only enter information you have the right to use, and do not use the app to create misleading or false applications.
The ATS match score is a guide based on keywords in the job ad, not a guarantee of how an employer's system evaluates your CV.

4. Free version and Premium

Creating, editing and downloading your CV as PDF is free. The free version also includes one AI-written CV per account and device. Premium is bought through Google Play or the App Store as a 30-day pass – it does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. On the App Store the pass is a non-renewing subscription. Premium gives, among other things, more AI generations and Word export. To protect the service, a fair-use daily limit applies to AI generations. The price is shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by the store according to its rules and applicable consumer law. If you bought through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, for example by trying to get around usage limits, overload or attack the service, or use it for illegal purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep CVNova available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice so you can export your CVs.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the outcome of job applications or for errors in AI-generated text that you did not correct. Our liability is limited to what is permitted under applicable law; nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by a Swedish general court. As a consumer in the EU you may also use the rules and courts of your country of residence and the EU online dispute resolution platform.

1. Tjänsten

CVNova ("appen") tillhandahålls av Dalsten Group. Appen hjälper dig att skapa CV:n utifrån uppgifter du fyller i, med text som genereras av artificiell intelligens (AI), och låter dig exportera dem som PDF eller Word.

2. Ditt konto

Du kan använda CVNova som gäst eller med ett e-postkonto. Gästdata är knuten till din enhet; om du loggar ut eller tar bort appen utan att spara ditt konto går gäst-CV:n inte att återfå. Du ansvarar för att hålla dina inloggningsuppgifter säkra.

3. Ditt innehåll och AI-resultat

Du äger uppgifterna du fyller i och de CV:n som skapas åt dig.
AI kan göra fel. Kontrollera alltid ditt CV innan du skickar det – att alla fakta, datum, titlar och påståenden är korrekta och sanna. Du ansvarar för innehållet i de CV:n du använder.
Fyll bara i uppgifter du har rätt att använda, och använd inte appen för att skapa vilseledande eller falska ansökningar.
ATS-poängen är en vägledning baserad på nyckelord i jobbannonsen, inte en garanti för hur en arbetsgivares system bedömer ditt CV.

4. Gratisversion och Premium

Att skapa, redigera och ladda ner ditt CV som PDF är gratis. Gratisversionen innehåller också ett AI-skrivet CV per konto och enhet. Premium köps via Google Play eller App Store som ett 30-dagarspass – det förnyas inte automatiskt, så det finns inget att säga upp. Premium ger bland annat fler AI-genereringar och Word-export. För att skydda tjänsten gäller en rimlig daglig gräns för AI-genereringar. Priset visas före köp. Återbetalningar hanteras av butiken enligt dess regler och gällande konsumentlag. Har du köpt via App Store gäller även Apples standardlicensavtal för slutanvändare (EULA).

5. Tillåten användning

Du får inte missbruka appen, till exempel genom att försöka kringgå användningsgränser, överbelasta eller angripa tjänsten eller använda den i olagligt syfte. Vi kan stänga av konton som bryter mot villkoren.

6. Tillgänglighet och ändringar

Vi arbetar för att CVNova ska vara tillgänglig men kan inte garantera oavbruten drift. Vi kan uppdatera, ändra eller avveckla funktioner. Om vi avvecklar tjänsten meddelar vi det i rimlig tid så att du kan exportera dina CV:n.

7. Ansvar

Appen tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi ansvarar inte för utfallet av jobbansökningar eller för fel i AI-genererad text som du inte har rättat. Vårt ansvar är begränsat i den utsträckning gällande lag tillåter; inget i villkoren begränsar dina rättigheter som konsument.

8. Personuppgifter

Hur vi hanterar personuppgifter beskrivs i vår integritetspolicy.

9. Tillämplig lag

Villkoren regleras av svensk lag. Tvister avgörs av svensk allmän domstol. Som konsument kan du även vända dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
