Delete your FutureSafe account and data
In the app (fastest)
- Open FutureSafe.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, choose Delete my FutureSafe data or Delete my account everywhere, and confirm.
By e-mail
No access to the app? E-mail dalstengroup@outlook.com from the e-mail address you signed up with and write "Delete my FutureSafe data". We handle requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- All your assessments, AI results and your 52-week plan.
- Your progress and weekly reflections.
Your login is deleted too, unless you also use it in another of our career apps (CVNova, RaiseCase) – then it is kept for them and the app tells you so. Delete my account everywhere deletes the login and your data in all our career apps. Purchase records are kept by Google Play / the App Store and RevenueCat as required for accounting. Remember to cancel an active subscription in Google Play or the App Store – deleting data does not cancel it.
Radera ditt FutureSafe-konto och din data
I appen (snabbast)
- Öppna FutureSafe.
- Gå till Profil.
- Tryck på Radera konto, välj Radera mina FutureSafe-data eller Radera mitt konto överallt och bekräfta.
Via e-post
Kommer du inte åt appen? Mejla dalstengroup@outlook.com från e-postadressen du registrerade dig med och skriv "Radera min FutureSafe-data". Vi hanterar begäran inom 30 dagar.
Vad som raderas
- Alla dina analyser, AI-resultat och din 52-veckorsplan.
- Dina framsteg och veckoreflektioner.
Inloggningen raderas också, om du inte även använder den i någon av våra andra karriärappar (CVNova, RaiseCase) – då behålls den för dem och appen talar om det. Radera mitt konto överallt raderar inloggningen och dina data i alla våra karriärappar. Köphistorik sparas av Google Play / App Store och RevenueCat enligt bokföringskrav. Kom ihåg att avsluta en aktiv prenumeration i Google Play eller App Store – att radera data avslutar den inte.
